Our Process

At Las Vegas Wine Cellars, we invite you to come tour our showroom to discuss your wine cellar ideas and look for inspiration.

We also offer a free inspection of your home and an evaluation of your residence or commercial property to discuss viability and location selection.

From there we offer a custom scan and design package for $500.

This package includes a custom 3D scan of your room or area, with the latest in LIDAR technology blended with laser measurements to provide you a 3D rendering of your custom cellar in the room it will be featured in.

This price includes an initial design with 2 redesigns.

The scan takes 1-2 business days to complete.

From there, within 5 business days your first design will be ready and a design review will be scheduled, either virtually with a Google Hangouts meeting, or at our showroom on the TV display in person.

Proposal & Work

After the final design is approved, we will begin final pricing and present a proposal as soon as possible, usually within a couple of days.

After acceptance of the proposal, a signing appointment will be scheduled at your convenience to collect the deposit amount and sign the shop drawings for final production. We will keep you informed along the way and plan any pre installation work and final installations to coordinate with your schedule.

Upon completion, we request that we have the space professionally photographed and will gladly share the images with you.

On a case by case basis, we will include all aspects of adding refrigeration to your wine cellar.

In other cases, we will work with your General Contractor or refer you directly to our licensed refrigeration specialist to properly convert the area to a refrigerated, temperature and humidity controlled space.

We specialize in the design and installation of the custom wine racks, LED Lighting, and finished surfaces to make your wine cellar a spectacular focal point of your home, and want to caution anyone to the scope and cost of adding mechanical and electrical systems that should only be installed by licensed professionals.
